One of the biggest challenges for Halloween 2010 is figuring out how to put together a realistic-looking Lady Gaga meat dress costume. Lets face it–a meat costume is so perfect for a Halloween outfit this year, but how do you pull it off without using real meat or spending hours making your own out of carefully cut bits of fabric?
Here are a few ideas I came up with:
Option 1: Keep it silly
Amazon sells this hilarious meat costume that is sure to turn heads at your Halloween party. This sexy slab of meat includes a comfortable fabric interior over a soft foam exterior.

Add a Lady Gaga wig and and some cool sunglasses and you’re sure to get your point across.

Option 2: Lunchable style
Wear a red or pinkish dress and attach these cute felt sliced lunch meat pieces all over the outfit. Don’t forget to get enough so you can cover your boots as well. And you can even glue a couple together for a delightful meat hat. Voila! An easy meat dress costume that actually looks pretty realistic.

Option 3: Prepare to spend
Cmoneysal04 over at Etsy has designed an awesome fabric meat dress costume that looks just like the real thing. The only drawback: the $400 price tag. If this is in your price range then go for it. If, like most people, this is way too pricey for you–give options 1 or 2 a shot.
