There are, however, many other wonderful sites in this beautiful country.

• London- London is the capital of the UK and probably the first stop for most travelers. It is famous for its historical significance, elaborate architecture, and as one of the top luxury shopping destinations in Europe. Westminster Abbey, which is the large Gothic church, is located in London and is one of the most visited places in the city. The famous clock tower Big Ben and the historic castle known as the Tower of London are also located here.
• Bath- If you are into ancient infrastructure then Bath is a city you won’t want to miss on your trip to England. Here you will find Roman archeological sites that date back to the first century AD. You can also explore the Roman Baths, where the Romans used to bathe together in the hot springs. Today this city is also brimming with pubs and nightclubs-perfect for those who love the night life.
• Wiltshire- Although Wiltshire is a small, rural county in South West England, there are still a lot of tourists visiting this area because it is where the mysterious and famous Stonehenge is located. This stone monument was constructed around 2500 BC and is thought to have been used as an ancient burial ground.
• York- If you are into historical places your trip will not be complete without a visit to the city of York. Just like Bath, York has preserved a lot of its old infrastructure, including the medieval walls that surround the city. There are also a lot of museums, restaurants with different delicacies unique to England, and York Castle to visit. Also of note is York Minster, one of the largest and most elaborate cathedrals in the country.
